Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout snd start at $4.75 and goes up by weight and distance.

We ship within 2-3 working days after receiving each order. Weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded.

All packages have tracking numbers and will be sent to you via email. If you made payment through PayPal invoice, PayPal will email you tracking information. If you checked out in other methods, we will provide tracking information accordingly.

$100 insurance is included and you can purchase up to $5,000 in additional coverage against loss or damage for merchandise. Please notify us if you want the additional coverage.

DELIVERY DELAYS 

Once your package is in possession of the shipping carrier, I cannot control any lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier or your local post office for any concerns you may have with the delivery of your package. 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive wrong item or there are any issues with item, please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery and I will do my best to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Currently Minty Mint Crystals do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

DISCLAIMER

Crystals are naturally unique. Please be mindful that crystals may have imperfections and that is completely normal.  

When you receive your package, please handle crystals with care. They may chip when handled roughly. ​Do not ingest crystals under any circumstances.

Do not place crystal products of reflective material in direct sunlight or near window because they are fire hazard. For example a clear quartz sphere will start a fire in the blink of an eye especially when flammable objects are around. The same mechanism that magnifying glass start a fire. 

Other reason for not recommending placing crystals where the sunlight can reach is some crystals change colors if they are exposed to direct sunlight for too long.

Our prices do not include shipping cost. This makes it more fair especially for the customers who purchase multiple items so that you only pay the actual and true shipping cost paid for your package.
